Dowling College, School of Aviation - USA Dowling College is an independent, comprehensive co-educational college. It was founded in 1955 and currently serves over 7,000 full-time and part-time students. The School of Aviation, one of four schools at the College, offers Bachelor of Science degrees in Aeronautics/Professional Pilot, Aeronautics, Aeronautics and Aviation Management.
